Spectrum Forwarding & International Logistics Limited is a commission agent/performing a task on behalf of the exporter/importer routine tasks such as Loading/unloading of goods,storage of goods,arranging local transport, obtaining payment for his Customers. We are to recruiting to fill the following positions:
Job Title: Corporate Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients to the office, presenting a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Visitor handling ensuring all visitors sign in and out and are issued with the correct badges and passes for the duration of their visit
- Handling incoming enquiries by telephone.
- Registering new applicants and clients
- General administration to include filing, faxing, scanning, binding, archiving and photocopying.
- Opening daily delivery of post and distributing to staff members & dealing with outgoing post.
- Managing presentation of reception areas
- Responsible for ensuring that deliveries are dealt with correctly and promptly redistributed from the reception area
- Managing the office diary system to schedule appointments.
- Offering first class customer service and also understanding the customers’ requirements
- To ensure that any customer complaints are handled with empathy and professionalism in the first instance, and are referred to the appropriate manager
- To ensure all customers and prospects are aware of the full range of services provided by the business in order to maximize service and parts business
- To ensure point of sale literature is available at all times
- Setting up meeting rooms and organising meetings.
- Organising refreshments and dealing with general hospitality.
Essential Skills/Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree Required in Customer Relations, Business management, Foreign trade (or any other relevant field)
- High level of customer care skills & approach
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word & Microsoft Office generally
- Able to manage difficult customers
- Previous experience of providing reception services in a commercial building environment
- Able to handle and manage queries and messages from visitors, in a timely, efficient, friendly and helpful manner
- Able to provide directions and other relevant information for all visitors enquiring at reception
- Continuously pursue high standards, embrace change, recognise improvement opportunities, and learn from experience
- Comply with recognised procedures and systems, and strive to deliver the best quality possible.
- Good verbal & written communication, Organizational aswell as interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure as a team member and individually

- Ability to prioritise calls and pass on information accurately and in a timely fashion

Job Title: Social Media Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of our various social platforms as well any upcoming platforms (from taking Instagram snaps to scheduling tweets) and implementing the brand’s social media strategy
- Copywriting and scheduling of Twitter
- Work with Marketing Assistant to implement store marketing strategy on social media
- Input into social media campaign planning
- Log statistics weekly/monthly and assistance with analysis
- Writing copy and scheduling content across our owned social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Weekly and monthly reporting of social performance
- Engage with our followers
- Monitoring competitors and innovations in the industry and communicating these to the wider team
- Implement and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.
- Contribute to our website effectively by writing about case studies and company announcements.
- Increase company awareness and recruit new clients, as well as engaging with existing clients.
- Plan and produce editorial content for our company site- written, audio & visual
- Generating ideas for social media posts
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the benefits of social media for amplifying customer messaging, help the business meet its Committed Obligations, develop social media to further enhance the customer experience
- Always put customers first and do everything possible to help; being fully accountable for resolution of customer issues in the first instance
- Carry out 'real time' responses with customers on social media reflecting the business' tone and key values
- Work with the Web and Digital Media Team to create compelling and engaging content that promotes the company's rich and diverse portfolio of programmes through digital channels.
- Oversee the delivery of paid digital campaigns such as Google Ad Words and Facebook advertisements including the management of associated budgets.
- Produce regular impact reports to measure progress against objectives and take iterative action when required to maximise effectiveness.
- Be available for work and be part of the Social Media out of hours on-call team as required
- Identify 'real time' opportunities to Surprise & Delight customers on social media
- Show initiative and bring creative ideas to the Social Media Manager to make a genuine difference to the entire customer journey experience; both planned and reactive
- General day to day admin on the social team.
Essential Skills/Requirements:
- Minimum of a relevant degree/diploma
- 1+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
- Experience in developing and producing compelling digital media content.
- Experience of using online marketing tactics to drive web traffic including search optimisation.
- Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
- Highly developed in communication and presentation skills both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate vision and innovation across the Company at all levels
- An excellent problem solver with a creative approach and 'can do' attitude
- Able to positively influence people at all levels of the Company
- Skill and experience in writing, editing, and proof reading marketing copy.
- Knowledge of various social media platforms such as Facebook. Twitter, Linkedin
- Is an enthusiastic team player with a genuine obsession with social Medial.
- Is highly organised and a creative thinker that can turn social copy around swiftly and ensure our tone of voice is always bang on.
- Social media obsessive, with knowledge on all of the latest social platform updates
- Strong numerical skills for reporting and analysing stats
- Photoshop skills
