  • Sell the various products of the microfinance bank
  • Solicit for deposit
  • Relationship management
  • Ensure customers satisfaction and deposit mobilization.
  • Manage and recover late repayments
  • Sensitize potential clients on all aspects of the loan program: procedures to apply, the terms and conditions, the incentives for good performance, and penalties for late repayment and default.
  • Arrange and undertake business site visits.
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Develop relationship with each client to support the business success and cultivate loyalty.
  • Monitor client business progress to identify any potential problems.
  • Offer suggestions and referrals where appropriate and within company policy
  • Achieve and maintain targets on portfolio at risk and loan loss.
  • Become knowledgeable and known in the assigned geographic zone.
  • Develop relationship with each client to support the business success and cultivate loyalty.
  • Monitor client business progress to identify any potential problems.
  • Promotion of products and origination of new clients
  • Build and maintain portfolio of quality clients rapidly and consistently to reach target portfolio within assigned period.
  • Liaise with community organizations, business associations, and individual entrepreneurs.
  • Identify potential clients.
  • Build rapport with community, business associations and leaders.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of NCE, OND, HND or B.Sc. in Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing related field or prior sales and marketing past work experience.
      Job Title: Executive Thrift Officer (ETO) Location: Oyo Supervisor: Branch Team Leader Job Description The Executive Thrift Officer also known as the Daily contribution collector has the following duties:
  • Ensure daily collection of funds from SME daily contributors.
  • Manage thrift advance loans portfolio
  • You must ensure you meet set targets.
  • You are to source for SME owners and other prospects interested in saving a stipulated amount of money with the bank for a given period of time.
  • Responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities and to refer such opportunities and leads to the Marketing Department.
  • Ensure all applicants are advised on fate of applications within reasonable time.
  • Maintains the privacy of customer information and the security of all records
  • Attend a daily morning meeting with Team Lead in the Organization’s preferred location.
  • You are to report directly to your Unit Head every day and the Team Lead every Mondays.
  • You are to abide by all rules and regulations of the Bank.
  • You are to submit to the Team Lead/HR firm reports of all transactions daily.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior experience in similar role is preferable; however, candidates with no experience will also be considered.
