Role Summary/Purpose

  • The Human Resource Development Program is a tree-year training program designed to enhance human resource skills and cultivate knowledge of business concepts in SSA.
  • This is done through rotational assignments, one year long, tailored to individual and business needs.
  • Assignments will expose program participants to the vital role HR plays in solving key business issues and problems and build the HR function pipeline.
Essential Responsibilities
  • The Human Resource Development Program is a tree-year training program designed to enhance human resource skills and cultivate knowledge of business concepts in SSA.
  • Plan and perform assigned tasks required for rotational assignments.
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and apply Human Resource fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with manager in setting realistic and challenging goals and contribute to their accomplishment.
  • This is done through rotational assignments, generally 1 year long, tailored to individual needs as they relate to the needs of the Business.
  • Rotational assignments can be focused on specific HR areas such as: client support, organization and staffing, learning and development, compensation and benefits, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Geographic mobility.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a Human Resources position is preferred.
  • Understanding of Human Resource fundamentals.
