Barca Liga Hotels - We are a 5 Star Hotel located in the serine part of Gudu, Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Office Officer (Reception)
Location: Gudu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Check-in customers using computer programs and equipment and provide guests with directions to their room
• Invoice and bill guests for their stay and services used
• Communicate with guests to better understand their individual needs to provide them with the best service possible.
• Inform customers of all on-site amenities and any relevant information that is needed to use them
• Handle and resolve guest complaints

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 2 years work experience.

Salary

• N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
