Job Purpose Statement
- We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
- Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general logistics activities.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client information.
- Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.
- Answer telephones calls and transferring calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Sign for and deliver packages from courier.
- Responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods.
- Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. Mail also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
- Orientate customers about the products and services of the company
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Engage in educational selling to customers while fielding telephone calls
- Emailing, word processing, filing, and faxing.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Diary management and Preparation of reports
- Assisting and contributing in general to front desk office coordination.
Preferred Candidate
- Career Level: Mid-Career
- Degree: Bachelor's degree / higher diploma in Mass Communication or any related course
Competence Requirements:

- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency

- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
