We are world class consultants in the built industry; having a quality management system in the delivery of of our designs to the delight of our client.

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A female candidate will be most preferred for gender balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Provide information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support daily operations.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, handling inquiries and taking messages as necessary.
  • Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings, ensuring the front desk area is organized.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
