These generators are made in factories that are ISO 9001 certified and assembled in Nigeria.

Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Front Desk Officer will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.
  • This role involves managing the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Respond to phone calls and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and maintain security protocols, ensuring that only authorised individuals access restricted areas.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor badges.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • B. Sc./HND
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Present a professional demeanor and dress code suitable for the role.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must be familiar with standard office procedures and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • Awareness of organisational policies and procedures related to front desk operations and visitor management.
  • Basic knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems.
