We rendered services such as constructions, engineering, barge operations, Procurement, marine transportation and project logistics for oil and gas companies. The company has many years of experiences with list of projects within and outside of oil and gas sectors. We are provider of supply chain solutions. We combine intercontinental Air and Ocean Freight with comprehensive Value-Added Logistics Services and Supply Chain.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers.
  • Makes calls and records messages for the respective staff as requested.
  • Answers incoming inquiries by phone and email with a friendly tone and a correct attitude.
  • Issues pass and signs in visitors to the office.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail and messages.
  • Greet persons entering the establishment, determine the nature and purpose of the visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Provide information about services provided.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A good HND / B.Sc Degree in related courses
  •  2 years experience in the relevant front desk or customer service.
  • Must be smart, very presentable, have good knowledge of Microsoft office suite, and good communication skills.
  • Must be proactive.
  • Gender: Female.

Remuneration
N100,000 (Net) Salary Monthly.
