Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, screen and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and policies.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate visitor access, parking, and security procedures.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for conference rooms and other shared spaces.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Degree in any field ( Female - undergoing NYSC preferrably)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a front desk or receptionist position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suiteand basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and tasks.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N60,000 / month.
