Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are urgently looking for smart and responsible Front Desk officers for our administrative roles.

Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess minimum of an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in related field, additional certificates is a plus
  • 1 - 10 years relevant work experience.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of office management
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Salary
N95,000 - N155,000 Monthly.
