Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • In the front desk role, you are responsible for the reception and guidance of guests and making sure they have agreeable visits.
  • You are also expected to handle some administrative activities including receiving shipments, and filing and organizing documents.
  • You may be asked to prepare logistical requirements for firm activities. Success in this role is demonstrated by maintaining the cleanliness and quality of front desk activities, as well as organizing supplies and documents.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answers phone calls courteously
  • Guides guests and issues guest badges
  • Plans business travel
  • Refills office supplies
  • Receives deliveries
  • Responds to customer inquiries.
  • Handles client complaints
  • Files documents
  • Maintains schedules

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with different groups of people
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Candidate must reside around Ikejs and it's environs.
  • Proficiency in computer programs
  • Planning and organizing abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Salary
N50,000 / month.
