We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Front Desk Admin Officer
Location: Nigeria

Description

  • Greet and assist visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and managing reservations.
  • Handle customer check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Provide information to guests and handle inquiries about our services/products.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Requirements

  • A Degree in any field
  • 2 years work experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems).

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
