Job Description

  • We are currently recruiting for the position of Food and Beverage Manager. The F&B Manager is to oversee all the daily activities of the Restaurant, Bar, and Kitchen and ensure our guests are satisfied and given a well-deserved treat on every visit to the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all Restaurant and Bar operations and ensure a smooth-running round the clock.
  • Ensure Restaurant and Bar terrace is tidy and clean at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitary and safety regulations.
  • Manage reservations and plan accordingly for all future reservations and event schedules.
  • Train new and current employees in the department on proper food handling techniques and customer services practices.
  • Ensure food presentation techniques and templates are strictly adhered to
  • Manage the stock and restocking/purchasing process for all processes, ultimately ensuring the constant availability of every meal/drink as specified on the menus.

Requirements

  • A minimum of HND in Food Technology or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as an F&B Manager in the hospitality sector.
  • Must have strong food handler experience and high customer services skills.
