Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
  • The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and motivation to maximize performance.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments based on market analysis and business goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market developments to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals for individual team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND
  • Proven track record of success in field sales management, with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
