The EE Hub is a Company that operates a financial services arm, a supermarket and other related arms of businesses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Customer Service Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Determine customer requirements and offer them the relevant services with professionalism and expertise
• Assists clients with normal account-related requests; assess and handle account services concerns/issues; and answer to client enquiries in a timely, effective, and professional manner.
• Promote the products and services offered by Tomx.
• Maintain and update the customer database on a regular basis.
• Employ business strategies to establish relationships with present and future customers by aggressively cross-selling, upselling and advertising current products and services.
• Assist in the identification and implementation of a great overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• A minimum of 1 year core experience.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.
