Tenstrings Music Institute is the largest music school in Nigeria, with study centers in Ikeja, Lekki/Ajah, Surulere, Festac Town, Port Harcourt and Abuja; with plans to open more centers in other major communities across the country. Tenstrings has trained over 15,000 students from 16 countries over a period of 15 years. Tenstrings is duly registered and accredited by the appropriate government agencies in Nigeria and is affiliated to several reputable universities around the world.

We are also incorporated in the UK and operating there as "Africa Heritage Academy Uk Limited". Our programs cover two specific areas: Music Performance and Music Production. We have over ten different courses in these two key areas spanning different durations and depths. Depending on the amount of time at your disposal and the skill level you want to attain, we have programs from three months to two years in length.

Job Title: Female Front Desk Officer

Job Description

  • Greeting and assisting visitors: Front desk officers/music school managers are often the first point of contact for visitors to the music school. They may be responsible for welcoming them, providing them with information about the school, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing phone and email communication: They may be responsible for answering phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries and ensuring that messages are delivered to the appropriate staff members.
  • Managing student enrollment: Front desk officers/music school managers may be responsible for managing student enrollment, including processing applications, maintaining student records, and collecting tuition fees.
  • Scheduling classes and lessons: They may be responsible for scheduling classes and lessons, coordinating with instructors, and ensuring that the schedule is communicated to students and staff members.
  • Coordinating events and performances: Front desk officers/music school managers may be responsible for coordinating events and performances, including scheduling rehearsals, managing ticket sales, and ensuring that the event runs smoothly.
  • Maintaining facilities and equipment: They may be responsible for maintaining the music school's facilities and equipment, including managing repairs and maintenance, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the school's equipment is in good working order.
  • Managing staff: They may be responsible for managing staff, including hiring and training new employees, scheduling staff members, and managing performance.
  • Managing administrative tasks: They may be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Handling financial transactions: They may be responsible for handling financial transactions such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing petty cash.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience.

Salary
N60,000 monthly
