Job Title: Female Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The preferred candidate should be highly organized with a demonstrated ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • The focus of the role is to provide administrative support to our executives and ensure the smooth running of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field with 2 years of work experience.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must reside in Lagos Island (VI, Lekki and its environs)
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer and HR experience
  • Attention to detail

Salary

  • N150,000 per month
