Job Title: Female Admin and Accounts Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Teltwine Networks Limited an Internet Service Provider in Ajah Lagos requires the services a young vibrant and energetic individuals to fill the position of Female Admin and Accounts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
  • Maintain and manage office administrative expenditure.
  • Maintain bank deposits and check payment records.
  • Reconcile bank records with bank statements.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to external audit teams.
  • Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly.
  • Maintain, verify and rectify customer balances in accounts receivable records.
  • Correspond with customers having long overdue and delinquent balances.
  • Check and verify vendor bills before making payment advice.
  • Maintain and manage inventory control of materials and supplies.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Applicant must possess a minimum of ND /HND / BSC degree or its equivalent.
  • Applicant must be presentable and smart.
  • Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Explorer/Firefox)
  • Have at least  3 years relevant  work experience  in Accounting  and Administration
  • Living in Ajah and environs is an advantage.
  • Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills at all levels and demonstrate a high level of initiative
