Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are looking for a competent facility officer to join their team who will be responsible for providing assistance to ensure the day-to-day smooth management and operation of the office buildings/accommodation infrastructure through administrative support as well as, overseeing the general maintenance of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all facilities and equipment within the system and their related issues including, record keeping, repairs, and supervision of personnel working within the facility premises.
• Maintain records of all assets and conditions of occupancy including sourcing and renewal of residence for both expatriates and local staff.
• Supervise support staff at the head office in the orderly discharge of their duties e.g. janitorial staff
• Monitor the services of domestic workers in the company residence and responsible for their accommodation
• Responsible for the monthly payment for Utility such as Energy used, waste disposal and cable subscription.
• Coordinate and monitor the services of outsourced companies e.g. Security and cleaning companies.
• Any other assigned task(s)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 Years experience as a facility officer with a well structured organization
• Bsc / HND Degree in Facility Management, Building Engineering or any other discipline
• Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, power point, excel, MS word, Exchange.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
