Job Title: Managing Director

Job Description
- Reporting to the Chairman, the successful candidate will be
responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the company and
ensuring attainment of strategic goals and targets.
- This role is for a seasoned and qualified professional with
leadership skills in microfinance, business development, organizational
development and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
His/Her Responsibilities shall be as follows:
- Managing and developing a high performance team, maintaining a
positive and proactive working environment That encourages efficient
teem working
- Managing the treasury, operations, marketing and business development activities of the bank.
- Developing new business and generating income to ensure the bank’sgrowth, profitability, prosperity and sustainability.
- Managing relationship with intermediate management and below for efficiency and optimal results.
- Creating and leading the organizations business strategies and programs.
Qualification, Experience and Attributes
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance or any of the Management
sciences from a reputable Institution. A quality MBA would be an added
advantage.
- Minimum of eight (8) years post-qualification experience out of
which, at least, five (5) must be in the financial services industry and
at least three (3) at the senior management level.
- Strategic vision and a holistic overview, with a thorough
understanding of all business functions including finance, marketing and
operations.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, marketing expertise, and confident in engaging with clients

- Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and
competences in practical microfinance banking and has undergone the
Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a Certificate in

Job Title: Head, Marketing & Business Development
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The successful candidate will drive the company’s marketing a
activities namely market and marketing strategies, products development,
product delivery, ensuring good customer service.
- In this role, he/she will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and motivation of the entire marketing team.
ResponsibIlities
Specific responsibIlities shall include:
- Strategic business analysis and analysing market trends, keeping
eye on competition and coming up with new ways to stay ahead in the
business.
- Marketing strategy and market research to determine customer’s requirements and prospects, customers’ satisfaction
- Marketing of products and services, and designing new services to old customers
- Keep tabs of competitive threat, discover opportunities and work on the envisaged weakness thatconstantlydelivered results.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for
the group human resources management, benefits administration,
performance management, communication processes, compensation and wage
slructure.
- He/she will maintain and enhance the company’s human resources
by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human
resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
His/her responsibilities shall be as follows:
- Develop and implement HR strategy and contribute to the development and execution of corporate strategy.
- Establish effective learning and development management system, performance management system and manpower development training.
- Establish and maintain employee welfare and benefits, framework and processes (loans, pension, and leave)
- Engage in recruitment and hunt for talents to complement existing team
- Develop and implement medium and long term succession plan.

Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The successful candidate will act as Secretary to the
Committees of the Board and will have responsibility for the provision
of legal advice on all matters concerning the company’s operations and
statutory issues.
Responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for:
- Provision of a broad range of corporate professional services to the Group.
- Preparation of documents for filing with the CAC and other statutory statutory authorities.
- Preparation of Board committee minutes.

Job Title: Risk, Control and Compliance Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Reporting to the Board, the candidate will be responsible for
independently conducting company wide and project specific risk
assessments, and conducting audits of the various aspects of the
business while interacting with management at all levels and developing
the annual risk management and internal audit plans including the team
program and schedule.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities shall include the following:
- Developing risk management framework and strategies,
implementing and being responsible for group risk management including
compliance to people, regulators, finance and economic risks for
business continuity.
- Implement efficient internal control processes and regulatory compliance,
- Developing framework for the standardization of all processes to ensure appropriate monitoring and follow upon key initiatives.
- Undertaking reviews and risk assessment of key initiatives, projects and operation activities
- Auditing and check of controls including regular and on the
spot audits of financial controls and management systems for corporate
policy and legal compliance
- Performing special reviews and audits including risk-based audits/reviews on any aspects of operations.
- Ensuring any identified data error, unaccountable transactions,
faulty or inefficient processes are duly communicated to management
while proffering suitable solutions and control measures.
- Ensuring strict adherence to budget by instituting controls
- Reviewing management accounts periodically to ensure proper classification.
- Review Accounts of transactions with bankers paying particular
attention to a) agreed loan condition, b) interest rates and exchange

- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution plus ICAN/ACA/ACCA/CISA
- Strong background in finance specifically sound knowledge of oil and gas financing operations and risks.
- Minimum of 6 years working experience spanning in Financial
Accounting, Tax and Audit, Treasury and Risk Management (2 of which
must be an auditing and regulation or Risk management al senior
management level).

Job Description
- The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for
the development and implementation of appropriate financial management
framework to support the realization of overall corporate goals and
objectives of the company.
- He/she will safeguard the fissets of the Company and maintain the integrity of the financial reports.
Responsibilities
Among other responsibilities, he/she will:
- Manage the company’s financial resources and ensure conformity of all financial reports with corporate accounting policies and
- principles.
- Ensure that the company’s accounting systems and procedures are up-to-date and are in compliance with appropriate statutory and
- regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership of the department and oversight of financial decision of the organization.
- Oversee budget implementation and actively manage the company’s budget and budgeting process
- Coordinate financial planning, operations and controls for

financial structure.
- Oversee the preparation of the Company’s financial and management reports (monthly, quarterly and annually).

Qualification, Experience and Attributes
- Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields: Accountancy,
Finance and Economics from reputable university plus ICAN/ACNACCA.
- Strong background in finance with knowledge of micro,
group/cooperative and SME credits risk management. Possession of an MBA
wiII bean added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience of which at least 4
years must be at senior level in a microfinance bank. Previous
experience as a CFO or Finance Controller in a similar organisation will
be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical background and demonstrable ability to establish goals and deliver results,
- Sound business and financial judgment with problem solving skills.
- Understanding of the workings of the financial institutions.
- Ideal age should be between 30-40 years.
