We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Executive Assistant (MIS)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • To Generate Daily, weekly and monthly MIS Reports of Transport.
  • Analyzing the data and interpreting helpful for decision making.
  • Collecting the details required for making the reports.
  • To prepare the Fleet Maintenance & Operational Budget and keep monitoring the actuals.
  • To prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
  • Preparing the Dashboard & reports of key factors of Transport Business.
  • To prepare the transport budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget to ensure business alignment.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Management / Commerce / Computer Engineering.
  • Relevant experience of a minimum of 5-10 years would be needed.
  • Technical Proficiency, A solid understanding of databases, and software applications is crucial.
  • Communication Skills and ability to coordinate between cross-functional team.
  • Analytical Skills and Strategic Thinking.
  • Must have worked with Transportation company.
  • Well-versed with MS Excel and MS Word and Power Point presentation.
  • As per the need of the business the job is transferrable and posting can be made anywhere in Nigeria.
