We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: Nigeria Job Type: Direct Job Responsibilities Key aspects of the role include:

  • Arranging travel and accommodation, managing meetings and calendar, and arranging teleconferences of Country Manager
  • Managing the local office; collecting, preparing and organizing all relevant information for accounting entries
  • Providing administrative report for Product Managers and National Marketing Manager in the preparation of promotional campaigns
  • Supporting Head Office Management team by organizing internal meetings, liaising with external support providers & distributors, and internal supply chain
Required Qualifications To be successful you will need to meet the following:
  • Candidate should have an interest in marketing
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills (face to face and over the phone) with Senior Company Personnel, and strong customer focus
  • High proficiency with MS Powerpoint, Word and Excel
  • At least 3-5 years experience in a similar job
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks
