AGM, OPERATION
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Will function as the Chief Operating Officer to oversee and coordinate the technical operations of the firm and its subsidiaries.
• Provide Strategic leadership and competitive business direction for a commercial, industrial, residential and luxury real estate development.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• First Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Must be a Registered Quantity Surveyor, Architect or Civil / Structural Engineer.
• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly as well as interpreting and presenting recommendation to the board.
• Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and Implementing business plans and strategies in a real estate development and management industry.
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, 5 of which must be in a top management position in a recognized real estate firm.
• Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
• Competence in all aspect of Town Planning laws, Building Design, Quantity
Surveying including construction standards.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES
• BSc or HND in Estate Management.
• Must possess minimum of 3 years relevant experience in real estate development or Agency services firm.
• Must possess excellent presentation, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Interpretation skills and ability to function well in a team environment.
• Must be self motivated and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
• Must be computer literate especially In MS office applications and the Internet.
HEAD, MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop the marketing functions, procedures, programs and activities
for business turnaround and to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Leads, Manages, Trains, and supervises the sales team to sell to customers and ensure that set targets are being met.
• Design, Implement, and monitor business relations with customers to ensure optimal customer satisfaction at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BSc or HND in estate management.
• Must be a licensed Estate Surveyor and Valuer and be able to advice the board.
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a senior management position.
• Proven ability to create, develop and implement strategic marketing programs and tactics to meet set targets.
• Must have sound knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market dynamics and customer characteristics.
• Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing business plans and strategies in a real estate development and management industry.
