  • Collect and crosscheck customer’s documents to ensure they are complete and valid
  • Manage and maintain files for assigned portfolio of account
  • Assess and analyze financial information and make good decisions
  • Prepare internal reports
Qualification
  • Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline
    Job Title: Recovery Agent Location: Ibadan, Oyo Responsibilities
  • Collect outstanding amounts from clients and achieve collections targets
  • Check inflows and follow up with customers
  • Maintain account’s book to ensure that the customers’ status is accurate and up to date
  • Develop reports on accounts
  • Visit customers for payment
Qualification
  • Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline.
    Job Title: Customer Outreach Agent Location: Ibadan, Oyo Responsibilities
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential prospects, building rapport, providing technical information and product presentation
  • Report to the customer outreach lead on sales, also providing feedback about outreach activities on a daily basis
  • Analyse the territory/market potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization
  • Expedite the resolution of customers problem and complaints
Qualification
  • Ordinary National Diploma in any related discipline
