Job Title: HR Manager

Description
- The Human Resources Manager will recruit, manage and provide strategic direction for the employees.
Other responsibilities are listed below:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall strategy of the company.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support the current and future manpower needs through development, engagement and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage the performance management system for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements.
- Manage the staff compensation and benefits that is seen to be fair and equitable
- Assess the training needs of the different departments as applicable and develop a training assessment process to ensure maximum returns on investment.
- Maintain a positive and productive workforce and work environment through prompt resolution of staff grievance or other issues that may arise.
- Develop a functional HR operational standard and ensure its conformity in the day-to-day duties.
- Daily HR reports to management and proffer solutions that are based on HR metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or HND in relevant fields like Human Resources, Administration or other applicable fields.
- In addition, professional membership of CIPM or CIPD with a minimum of 10 years experience, and the past 5 years in a managerial position.
Skills & Requirements:
- Previous work experience as an HR Manager in the aviation industry.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written), with a good negotiation and presentation skills.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance Manager
Location: Delta

Job Description
- The Facility Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support our business.
- Ensure that the work environment is conducive for staff and their activities to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs whilst increasing productivity.
Other responsibilities are listed below:
- Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for the office, or where required re-organizing current premises. Ensuring the maintenance of building and offices. Develop and deploy methods for minimising financial risk to the company
- Cleaning – checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
- Budget - responsible for drafting budget and financial-planning proposals and exercising delegated financial authority
- Utilities and communications infrastructure – directing and planning essential central services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, power, and water.
- Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors
- Project Management - supervising and coordinating work of contractors
- Cost Management - investigating availability and suitability of options for new services or purchases; calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money.
- Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
- Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities

Job Title: Safety Manager
Location: Delta

Description
- Carry out periodic safety appraisal of the Terminal Building`s facilities and other Health and Safety related aspects.
- Ensure compliance with Company’s Safety Policy & ICAO/NCAA regulations on safety.
- Implement Safety Management System in the Terminal
- Ensure that firefighting, fire detection and fire prevention equipment are serviced, functional, adequate and reliable
- Comply and review periodically as demand by events Standard Operating Procedures documents, Emergency Plan and Procedures Manual and all other requirements stated in the NCAA documents and Advisory Circulars that promote safe operations.
- Conduct in-house Safety training for staff and ensure that staffs are trained in areas of need for them to effectively and professionally discharge their duties.
- Ensure safety of lives, property and the environment
- Conduct Fire, Safety Audit and Risk Assessment and close identified gaps.
- Promote safety awareness in the Airport.
- Conduct oversight function on Aerodrome Rescue and Fire Fighting Service for operational readiness.
- Ensure safe operations on the apron. (Ground Handling Companies, Fuel Bowsers, Aircraft servicing Companies etc.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or HND in relevant fields with at least 10 years work experience.
- In addition, professional safety and aviation certifications are a must.

- The Finance Manager will be responsible for budget planning, financial resources planning and distribution, and offering financial advises for the good of the company.

- Day-to-day financial operations monitoring such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
- Develop and deploy methods for minimising financial risk to the company
- Provide insightful information and expectations to management to aid in long-term and short-term decision making

Job Title: Commercial Manager

Description
- Commercial Manager who will be responsible for driving non-aeronautical revenue streams for the business by maximising the performance of current partners and developing new initiatives for growth.
Other Responsibilities Are Lsted Below:
- Research new opportunities and insight on how to grow revenue
- Bid for new contracts and negotiate the terms when required.
- Recommend with justification, based on trend and forecasts projects that can be undertaken by management that will drive revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new commercial partners to maintain and identify new ways to grow revenue
- Analyse data and generate reports that clearly spell out opportunities for growth.
- Renegotiate existing aviation, commercial, advertising, lease or transport operator agreements
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as required.
- Develop and review the growth strategy
- Benchmark commercial business unit categories performance against other airports and develop suitable KPI’s to measure commercial business unit performance
- Work with management on the development of the commercial growth strategy and establish a regular review process.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or HND in relevant fields like Business Administration or other applicable fields.
- In addition, aviation-related professional certifications will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years work experience.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong leadership qualities, integrity, business acumen with an owner’s mindset.
- Commercially minded, proven innovator with entrepreneurial flair and good analytical skills.
- Experience in showing commercial sense, contract structuring and negotiation and business strategy development.
- Proven leadership qualities
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas using a wide range of tools.
- Strong negotiation skills particularly in closing commercial contracts.
- Previous aviation industry experience will be an added advantage.
