Job Title: Specialist, Dealer Sales (Regional)
Location: Benin
Job Summary
- Assist in coordinating dealer activities on a regional basis.
Principal Functions
- Assist in implementing the following dealer management
processes; dealer appraisal and selection, dealer appointment and
orientation, dealer performance monitoring and measurement, dealer
incentive/reward and dealer communication.
- Maintain and track the number range database in conjunction with the Sales Support /Operations and IT team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with all Etisalat's dealers.
- Liaise with relevant unit/team/function in carrying out all relevant activities.
- Attend team meetings as required.
- Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Distribution (regional).
- Assist in monitoring dealer activities to ensure achievement of pre-defined service level agreements.
- Maintain and update the dealer database and ensure appropriate filing and safe custody of all relevant documents.
- Facilitate the SIM card and recharge card voucher order process.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Distribution (regional).
Educational Requirements
- First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.
Experience, Skills & Competencies
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years relevant work experience.
Job Title: Manager, Legal Services (Contracts and Advisory)
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Serves as a point of legal advice on local and international commercial contracts.
- Liaises with relevant departments and divisions to draft, review
and or interpret contractual agreements, ensure that contracts entered
by Etisalat are consistent with corporate and governmental laws, rules
and regulations
Principal Functions
Tactical:
- Advice Etisalat on legal matters relating to corporate and
project finance contracts and assist departments in the closure of
financial transactions to the best interest of Etisalat.
- Keep abreast of global and local best practice as it relates to the unit's activities.
- Continuously assist in reviewing the unit/team's activities,
make recommendations for improvement and implement approved initiatives
to ensure enhanced performance of the team.
- Assist in identifying required resources, personnel and funding to achieve the unit/ function's strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Operational:
- Liaise with individual departments & divisions and provide advice on legal issues arising from contracts.
- Review and vet contracts and legal agreements including
memoranda of understanding (MoUs) or agreement (MoAs), letters of intent
and other related documents.
- Research and proffer opinion on any legal inquiries or issues of
a contractual nature arising out of the interpretation and application
of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure that terms and conditions set out in contractual
documentation are legally valid, consistent with Etisalat's policies,
rules and regulations, and are in the organisation's best interest.
- Coordinate with tender committees and concerned
departments/divisions in drafting and finalizing tender documentation.
Provide legal assistance to tender committees in tender amendment,
tender process management, contract negotiation and finalization.
- Provide assistance in litigation by or against contractors or
other parties arising out of contracts, agreements, or similar
documentation.
- Ensure the set up and maintenance of a database of all contractual documents and related legal documentation.
- Ensure safe custody of all tenders and contracts.
- Assist in implementing the unit's work programs and plans in line with agreed upon procedures and guidelines.
- Assist in planning and managing the human and material resources
of the unit to optimize performance, morale and enhance productivity.
- Manage inter-functional relations to ensure synergy across the various departmental functions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members and manage
subordinates' performance towards the achievement of overall team
objectives.
- Ensure adequate training and development is delivered to employees in the Contract and Tender review and management processes.
- Monitor and control the budgetary needs of the unit/function.
- Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports
for the attention of the Head, Commercial and Corporate Services.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head, Commercial and Corporate Services.
Educational Requirements
- First degree in Law.
- Postgraduate/ professional qualification in a related field will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Specialist, Inventory Management
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- Maintain inventory control and management process as well as develop policies and procedures as it relates to the functions
Principal Functions
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of stock ID code management for all stock items at the various warehouse locations
- Prepare costing for commercial inventory items on receipts and issuance of stock items on an adhoc basis
- Ensure accurate validation for all stock items at month end
- Coordinate all activities as regards stock count exercise and
conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly counts for internal and external
purposes
- Carry out daily and monthly reconciliation of all inventory
items by reconciling invoices, receipts, transfers and issuance of stock
items.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of stock clearing accounts are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
- Set up inventory policies and procedures as regards accounting and proper recognition of all inventory items
- Maintain the inventory reconciliation of all stock items and conduct month end and GL reconciliation
- Ensure monthly provision is done for all damaged and obsolete stock
- Carry out other activities as directed by Manager, Inventory Management
Educational Requirements
- First degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Membership of Professional association (CIMA, CFA, ACCA, ICAN, etc).
