Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Job Purpose

  • The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for marketing our Real Estate products in a very direct way. They interact with clients or customers in order to persuade them to purchase the products and services of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Create a robust sales lead generation pipeline
  • Conversion of leads to sales
  • Develop prospects from current client’s referral leads
  • Preparation of proposal
  • Advise clients on new products and services
  • Receive feedback from clients of financial needs and areas of improvement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report on sales activities
  • Give support to Team Leads and Sales Supervisors
  • Presentation of financial services to groups and organizations
  • Digital Marketing
  • Ensure prompt service delivery and maintaining an acceptable turnaround time

Qualifications & Experience/Requirement

  • HND / B.Sc in any relevant field
  • Must have a flair for Direct Sales/Marketing
  • Knowledge of research tools and access to market research
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and people motivation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Very smart and articulate.
  • At least 1-year experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry.
