Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Description

  • AITI is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our team.
  • As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in promoting our educational programs and services to potential students and partners.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales to support the growth and success of AITI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential students interested in AITI's programs.
  • Assist potential students with the application and enrollment process.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' offerings.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of AITI's educational offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about AITI's programs, admission requirements, and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in direct sales, preferably in the education or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the education landscape in Africa is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
