We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 
Digital Marketing:

  • Plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points, and optimize them.
  • Research new online media opportunities that will benefit the company o Any other duties as may be assigned.

Copywriting:

  • Produce engaging, clear text for different advertising channels
  • Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice
  • Edit and proofread copies as needed
  • Develop content marketing strategies, implement, analyze and optimize them
  • Use SEO’s principles to maximize copy’s reach.
  • Assist with writing business proposals, marketing & promotional materials and pitch decks.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

Professional & Academic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree B.A / HND

Required Competencies:

  • The post holder must be able to demonstrate appropriate skills and experience which will enable him/her to deliver against the main purpose and key responsibilities of the role.

More specifically, the following competencies are required to succeed in the role:

  • Demonstrable experience managing SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Excelling writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience with SEO
  • Strong research skills.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
