By combining emergency response training with intelligent dispatch and communications technology and alternative medical transportation, we are creating a sustainable and scalable solution to the lack of emergency medical services in Nigeria.

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn).
  • You will help develop a content calendar, create engaging content, and collaborate with the marketing team to produce thought leadership marketing assets that amplify ERA's mission and brand.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Manage daily posting and engagement across all social platforms.
  • Monitor trends and recommend creative strategies to keep ERA’s social presence vibrant and relevant.

Content Creation:

  • Develop visually compelling and engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored for each platform.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency.

Content Calendar:

  • Develop and manage a monthly content calendar, aligning it with marketing objectives.
  • Plan posts around key campaigns, events, and trending topics.

Thought Leadership Assets:

  • Work with the marketing team to create and promote thought leadership content, including blogs, case studies, and expert interviews.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and report on performance metrics for each platform to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing social strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Tiktok
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.
  • Candidates living on Lagos Island are preferred for ease of collaboration.
  • Proven experience in content creation (graphics, videos, and copywriting).
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative social campaigns.
