Job Title: Data Analyst and AdOps Intern

Job Description
- This position is ideal for candidates eager to break into the digital marketing and advertising industry allowing them to earn job experience with many of the largest advertisers in Africa.
- The Data Analyst & Ad Ops intern is responsible for setting up and managing marketing campaigns to ensure streamlined execution and achievement of campaign objectives.
- The ideal candidate is very organized and takes tremendous pride in a job well done with a deep passion and resilience to deliver on set outcomes. That person will aim to become an expert with Terragon's internal tools, will leverage and maintain checklists to ensure that nothing is forgotten and will strive for zero errors.
- The internship will last for one to six months after which the candidate will be retained subject to his/her performance during the internship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance testing post modifications.
- Daily analysis and reporting across all live campaigns.
- Prepare and send ad campaign reports to clients with relevant metrics, insights and recommendations.
- Onboard and manage top quality media partners.
- Processing Insertion Orders (IOs).
- Manage advertiser budget and campaign setup.
- Manage user segmentation setup in advertiser campaigns.
- Pause/Unpause advertiser campaigns.
- Experimentation and continuous performance optimizations.
- Manage ad text copies and media/creatives.
- Create and manage ad campaign setups.
Job Requirements
- Able to work independently, initiate their own projects as needed to streamline their workload, understand the business process and work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
- Ready to start July 1.
- Any experience with running digital ad campaigns will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Problem solver with good analytical skills.
- Must be an intermediate MS Excel user.
- High attention to detail.
