Job Title: Customers Service Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Identifying, addressing, and proffering solutions to customer challenges and resolving them in a time and efficient manner while observing customer’s optimum satisfaction as the driving force of your job description.
  • Prompt reply and answer to customer’s inquiries, either physically in the office or via phone, email, social mediaand watsappetc.
  • Managing third parties who offer ancillary services to the Company which is in connection with her job description e.g.Courier Service companies, Product Vendors, Outfield Marketers, etc.
  • Make recommendations to the Company to improve customer experience based on feedbacks from customers.
  • Maintaining corporate relationship among staff and ensuring conformity to best global corporate practice and standards while dispensing your job specifications.
  • Direct customers to online resources of the Company and also taking customer orders both physical and virtual(mobile phone, online via social media).
  • Update customer records in the system, including notes about interactions with potential customers.
  • Create and maintain reports about customer interactions both physical and virtual, suggesting solutions to customer challenges and sending constant and timely reports of unresolved challenges to your superior.
  • Develop good and cordial rapport with customers, real or potential by gaining their confidence thereby promoting the brand and image of the Company.
  • Any other duties precedental and incidental to the main functions of your job descriptions as assigned to you by the Company through the Managing Director/CEO or any authorized officer of the Company.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.
