We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 



Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Enlighten customers about the company's products and services aimed at promoting customer satisfaction and continuous patronage
  • Provide first-level technical support services.
  • Monitor and maintain customer's database.
  • Ensure prompt response to customers' requests and enquiries at all times and across all channels
  • Acknowledge and provide relevant assistance needed to resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Escalate customer complaints/enquiries and other observations to relevant personnel as appropriate

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years work experience.
  • A female is required.

Salary
N25,000 - N30,000 monthly
