Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth workflow. 
  • This role involves supervising a team of customer service representatives, resolving escalated issues, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to improve service quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
