We are a Company specialized in the sales and wholesale distribution of iPhon, Samsung, AirPods, iPads, Laptops, Smartwatches, e.t.c. We sell in wholesales to the retailers in the market and are dedicated to providing high quality mobile phones to meet customer demands.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • Currently, we are looking for more Customer Service Specialists focusing on Market and Merchant Development to assist us in market expansion and the establishment of additional merchant partnerships to boost smartphone sales.

Job Functions
Customer Reception and Sales Support:

  • Warmly welcome customers, provide friendly and professional service, answer their questions, and resolve issues.
  • Assist customers in browsing and selecting mobile phones that meet their needs, providing detailed product information and advice.
  • Provide personalized purchase advice based on customer requirements to meet their budget and technical specifications.

Sales Process Assistance:

  • Assist customers in choosing the appropriate phone model, showcase different phone options, and provide opportunities for customers to view and try out the phones.
  • Explain sales policies and payment methods, ensuring that customers understand the purchase process.

Sales Order List Preparation:

  • Once customers confirm their phone purchase, responsible for creating sales invoices, including phone models, prices, quantities, and buyer information, ensuring the accuracy of the order list.

Payment Assistance:

  • Assist customers in completing the payment process, including cash, transfers, or other payment methods.

After-Sales Service:

  • Provide after-sales support, resolving customer issues and concerns. Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and repairs.

Sales Recording and Reporting:

  • Record sales activities, including sales quantity, sales revenue, and customer information. Generate regular sales reports to provide sales data to the sales team.

Customer Information Maintenance:

  • Maintain customer information, regularly update customer records, and perform customer maintenance.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Regularly follow up on customer satisfaction, collect customer feedback, and take measures to improve the customer experience.

Phone Inspection and Preparation:

  • Inspect the appearance and performance of used phones, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards for resale.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher education.
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment while maintaining patience and professionalism.
  • A certain level of understanding and experience in the mobile phone market. Previous experience in front-line customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical specifications and performance of mobile phones.
  • Strong sales skills and problem-solving abilities.

Remuneration
N55,000 - 75,000 Monthly (Base Salary + perfomance salary).
