Job Description

  • Answering questions about the company's products or services.
  • Fluent in Hausa or Yoruba
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Collecting and analysing customer feedback.
  • Adapt to customer responses in real time.
  • Delivering information about a company's offerings.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 1 year work experience.

Soft Skill:

  • The candidate must be Confident, enthusiastic, polite, intelligent, extrovert and well spoken.
