We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Customer Service Representative II
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of Business Development

Responsibilities

  • Communicates with clients via phone and email;
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products;
  • Work with internal departments to meet client's needs;
  • Liaising with the operations and treasury officer on all transactions and due dates;
  • Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
  • Draft emails and letter to defaulters;
  • Welcoming walk-in clients and guests;
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention;
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times;
  • Responding promptly to client's inquiries;
  • Acknowledging and resolving client's complaints;
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions;
  • And any other duties assigned.

Qualifications

  • HND / B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field;
  • 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience;
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work;
  • Great presentation skills;
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess an NYSC Certificate;
  • Must reside within Abuja environs;
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills;
