Yellownose Investment Limited, a Manufacturing and Production Company is recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Kinshasa, Congo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Train staff on how to handle and troubleshoot any issues customers may have with our betting platform
  • Answer and support customer using communication in French and English, and translate emails, website information and any other matter as requested
  • Use available tools and information resources to resolve problems
  • Research transaction discrepancies and take appropriate action
  • Monitoring of customer activity, including assisting in the identification of fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interaction
  • Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Must be excellent in conversational French and English
  • Should be young and not be married
  • Preferably a B.Sc graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.2
  • Must be willing to live in the Democratic Republic of Congo for at least 6 months
  • Individual must be personable and able to communicate effectively and teach others
  • Candidate must be a fast learner
