Job Summary

  • HTSF Global is seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, returns, and exchanges.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
