We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Contract
Working Days: Mondays to Sundays with one day off every week.

Job Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records.
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.
• oversee tripping, manifesting, storage and inventory of parcels on a day to day basis.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails.
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution.

Work schedule for this job role is as stated below:

• 5:30am-1:30pm (morning shift)
• 1:00pm-8:00pm (Afternoon shift)

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 1-3 years experience.
• Candidates must be resident at Awka, Anambra State

Salary
N55,000 - N60,000 / Month.
