Gosub Limited is a software company that develops a range of software products to address some of the issues that affect our daily life. At the moment, we are promoting an application (gosub.ng) that sells telecommunication products and renders telecommunication services to individuals and corporate bodies in Nigeria.

Through gosub.ng, anyone can buy telecommunication products or services such as data plans/airtime, transfer or convert airtime to cash, and process bill payments. We are a company that is focused and passionate about providing technological solutions to the problems that affect Nigerians.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information about our products and services.
  • You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met
  • Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and Second Class Lower in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
