Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
  • Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations to repay their loans and get a better offer.
  • Ensure all loan are promptly recovered

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the role.
  • Ability to multitask and be calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, attentive to details, confidence, smart, and a fast learner.
  • Emotional Intelligence, empathy, and excellent customer service skills.

Salary
N50,000 monthly plus weekly commission (Commission is based on performance).
