Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage large amount of incoming phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Collating and sending weekly reports.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Ensure that customers’ refunds are done within 24- 72 hrs.
  • Ensure that customer’s response time must not exceed 10 minutes.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Salary
N120,000 / month.
