Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Monitor all internationa Express shipments
• Resolve all isues and complaint concerned with international shipments
• Process monthly invoice for partners and refunds for customers.
• Ensure the pick up of import Express shipments
• With other tasks when needed.

Job Qualifications

• OND requrired.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
