B'quins Solution Limited - We are a full service business majoring in outsourcing, call center (inbound and outbound call center services) data entry and processing services, e-payment solution, third parties, recruitment and training, procurement of call centre equipment (servers, headset, system, and call centre application), bulk SMS, back office outsourcing services and business process outsourcing services as per client requirements.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

 

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service teamsales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Must have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Must be skilled in the use of daily office software
  • Must have positive, responsible, keen on work attitude.

Salary
N50,000 monthly plus overtime allowance for weekend work.
