Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Manager at Clinix Healthcare in Lagos.
  • The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills, and effective communication on a daily basis.
  • Must be experienced minimum of four years post nysc experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
