We are recruiting for a vibrant, smart and friendly person to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Customer Service Manager Location: Lagos
Duties
  • Taking orders on behalf of the company via phone calls and online chats
  • Following up with delivery drivers to ensure cakes are delivered timely.
  • Creating invoices on our system
  • Following up with customers' cake deliveries
Requirements
  • Minimum of OND
  • Very fluent in English
  • Basic use of computers must type fast
  • Have basic knowledge of apps like Instagram, Whatsapp and Facebook.
Salary
  • Minimum of N50,000.
  • Can be higher for more experienced applicants.
