Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Apapa, Lagos

Job Description (Summary)

  • Download and respond to all customer/client’s requests (e.g. origin or destination requests).
  • Register and manage incoming business mail daily.
  • Follow professional customer service processes and techniques to ensure operational excellence.
  • Update clients with relevant information on shipment status (inbound and outbound).
  • Gather necessary information from customers/clients to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure higher customer retention.

Major Requirements

  • A Degree / HND in OTM, or any of the Management, Social, Physical, Life Sciences or Humanities / Law.
  • A higher degree may be a plus.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
