Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Omole Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our property listings and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and contribute ideas to enhance our service offerings.
  • Manage and update customer records, ensuring all interactions are logged accurately.
  • Assist clients with property listings, viewing arrangements, and documentation processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with real estate procedures, contracts, and documentation is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
