With these AI websites, applicants get automated responses directly from the universities or colleges, reading admission acceptance or rejection within the 2-4 days.

Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for experienced Customer service personnel with Technical support

Responsibilities

  • Act as Go to Person between customers and the company regarding After Sales Service (Sales and Technical).
  • experience with Email communication, customer relation software
  • Follow up on customers' inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Follow up and improve onboarding process on customer projects.
  • Manage our Customer Support Channels.
  • Develop and sustain customer loyalty.
  • Work with various Team Leads to address customer issues.

Qualification, Skills & Experience

  • B.Sc / HND in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • Must be able to deal with multinational organizations
  • Must be able to draft proposals for multinational organizations
  • Must Reside in Lagos.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Must be an expert in IT especially excel
